Jack Rosenbaum is a lecturer on History and offers an array of topics. Mr. Rosenbaum is the President and CEO of a non-profit educational organization called HEAL: Holocaust Education Advocacy Leaders, Inc. as well as President of JackR Consulting, an organization that provides expertise in informal education techniques. Since 2019, he has been an educator and docent at the Holocaust Memorial in Miami Beach, Florida.
Until 2019 he was affiliated with the March of the Living, serving as Director of the Southern Region of the USA for 10 years. Prior to this Jack Rosenbaum was the Education Director at Temple Beth Am in Margate, Florida for ten years. He served, simultaneously, as the Director of the March of the Living Southern Region while in Margate.
As Associate Director and Chief Operating Officer of Panim: The Institute for Jewish Leadership and Values in Washington, D.C., Mr. Rosenbaum brought more than 1,200 high school students from all parts of the USA to our nation’s capital. Here they discovered the power each teen possesses, based on Judeo-Christian values and civic responsibility.
Mr. Rosenbaum has served for more than 35 years in adult and secondary education and communal work in the fields of Social Service, Informal Education, Holocaust education, and Genocide education.
He has guided 19 tours of Auschwitz-Birkenau since 1996. through the State Museum at Auschwitz-Birkenau, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Yad Vashem, Facing History and Ourselves, the Mofet Institute, Echoes and Reflections, the USC I-Witness Program, and numerous teacher training experiences. He continually advances his own education about the Holocaust and Genocides as a participant, trainer, and educating students at sites in Poland.
